On Sunday as a halftime substitute, Daniel Chukwu inspired the Molde side led by manager Ole gunnar Solskjaer to a 1-0 victory. Chukwu repaid his coach's faith by heading a corner in the far post at the hour mark to put Solskjaer's side on course for their second title in his two seasons at the helm.

Daniel Chima Chukwu born 4 April 1991, is a Nigerian currently playing for Molde in the Norwegian Premier league. he started his playing career at Festac sport, before he went on loan to Bussdor United.
He joined Lyn in the 2010 season and scored his first goal in his in his debut game against Bodo Glimt on 5 April 2010, following the bankruptcy of Lyn he joined Molde on 28th July 2010. On 25 April 2011, he secured a 3-1 win against Brann with a stoppage-time goal, which was also his first goal for Molde.
